1. About Us
Ride Chauffeuring Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides private hire chauffeur services across London and the UK. These terms govern every booking made through our website, by phone, or by email. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Pricing
Prices are calculated at the time of booking based on the vehicle class, service type, route and/or duration you select, and are shown in full before payment is taken. Once confirmed and paid, your price is fixed and will not change due to traffic, weather, or reasonable delays outside your control. Additional charges may apply for material changes you request after booking (extra stops, extended waiting time beyond what's included, or a change of vehicle class).
3. Payment
Full payment is taken online at the time of booking by card, processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. Corporate account clients may be invoiced separately under a signed account agreement.
4. Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel free of charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be charged in full or in part, as a chauffeur will already have been allocated to your journey. To cancel or amend a booking, contact us as early as possible by phone or email.
5. Our Responsibilities
We will provide a licensed, insured vehicle and a licensed chauffeur for every booking. For airport transfers, we monitor your flight and adjust pickup timing for delays at no extra charge. If we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking for any reason within our control, we will offer a full refund or, where possible, arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost to you.
6. Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, contact information and passenger/luggage numbers when booking. Excess waiting time caused by late arrival, incorrect addresses, or matters outside our control may be charged at the applicable hourly rate. Chauffeurs may refuse travel to any passenger who is abusive, endangers the safety of others, or attempts to exceed a vehicle's stated passenger or luggage capacity.
7. Liability
We maintain appropriate public liability and motor insurance for every vehicle and journey. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any booking is limited to the price paid for that booking.
8. Complaints

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
